To quickly and efficiently inform potential and current Paradise Bakery customers about new store openings throughout the Valley.
Developed a targeted direct-mail piece that was sent to residents within the zip code of the new store, inviting residents to come and enjoy a taste of Paradise. They were encouraged to do so through various discount incentives on meals when they showed the mailer. Special offers for catering customers were also included.
There was an eight percent return rate on this promotional offer, which well exceeds the normal direct mail response.
