Challenge

  • To develop a customized public relations and promotion plan that builds on the Cavalia protocol.
  • To create anticipation and excitement about Cavalia’s return to the USA and its exclusive encore visit to metropolitan Phoenix.

Idea

  • Barclay created a “STAMPEDE” to Cavalia’s online ticket counter with an integrated program of publicity, promotions and media buying.
  • Barclay linked Cavalia to key non-profit endeavors in the Valley promoting equestrian stewardship and horsemanship.

Impact

The event garnered 115 media hits during its return visit to Phoenix. Barclay was able to generate live TV coverage of the Big White Tenting raising as well as live previews of the show. The show was extended an extra two weeks based on ticket sales generated by publicity, combined with advertising support.
