Professional Side

Morgan Lampe is Barclay’s award-winning design maverick.

Expertly managing and producing projects from concept to execution, Morgan’s boundless creativity, acute eye for design, and communication talents in specialized areas such as branding, identity design, advertising campaigns, collateral, point of purchase, packaging, magazine design, mailers, outdoor and social media design have positively impacted the business performance of many of the agency’s clients.

Morgan’s client experience during her five years spearheading Barclay’s art direction includes, among others, Paradise Bakery & Café, World Wrestling Entertainment, The Fairmont Scottsdale, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, Delta Dental,  Arizona Broadcasters Association and ABA Foundation and KSLX Radio.

The Seattle native began her PR and design career as Barclay’s advertising coordinator and designer, producing print campaigns in the Southwest region for several motion picture studios. It wasn’t long before she expanded those skills and managed creative development for several of Barclay’s clients.

Morgan’s own work resulted in ADDY and Copper Quill awards for her clients.

In 2004, Morgan graduated from ASU’s College of Architecture and Design with a bachelor’s in Graphic Design.

There’s always room for something creative

Originally from the rainy city of Seattle where her family and best friends still reside, Morgan loves all things creative.

When she isn’t coming up with new ideas at Barclay, she is probably focusing her skills in another area that she is passionate about. Fashion. She has a never-ending quest to visit (shop) in every store in the Phoenix area. When she isn’t “bargain hunting”, Morgan loves to take dance classes, laugh it up at the Tempe Improv, ghost hunt ☺, enjoy new restaurants, travel, hike and spend time with her boyfriend, friends and family.
